Curio Club helps customers book a visit to our self-service nail shop, make purchases, and keep a record of their nail sets. This policy explains the information we collect when you use the Curio Club website and how we use it.

Information we collect

Depending on what you choose to do, this can include your name, email address, account identity, booking details, order and payment records, customer-support messages, and nail photos or preferences you submit. If you choose to use the arrival feature, your device location is checked once at your request to confirm that you are near the shop; we do not continuously track your location.

We also collect limited technical and usage information, such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and sign-in or booking events, to operate the site and understand where customers encounter problems.

Google sign-in

If you choose “Continue with Google,” we receive the basic account information Google provides for sign-in, such as your name, email address, and account identifier. We use it only to create or access your Curio Club account. We do not use Google information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

How we use and share information

We use information to authenticate you, manage bookings and shop access, process and support purchases, maintain your account, respond to requests, prevent fraud or misuse, and improve Curio Club. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store full payment-card numbers on this website. We share information only with service providers that help us run the site, authentication, payments, communications, and hosting, or when required by law.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including legal, accounting, security, and customer-service needs. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
